The Burton Bar Pop-Up
Love Halloween & Tim Burton? An awesome Tim Burton inspired, immersive Halloween bar is coming to Calgary! For the month of October you can experience haunting decor, themed drinks and spooktacular quests! Head down to this local speakeasy for some secret, dark cocktails

Celebrate Halloween at the zoo! ZooBOO is a chance for kids to dress up early, trick-or-treat at the zoo, and enjoy seeing their favourite animals. The best part? Kids get to have fun while supporting wildlife conservation
*Please note that while we encourage everyone to dress up, treat stations are for kids 12 and under only. While exploring the zoo grounds, youngsters will be delighted to find stations throughout the park where our zoo staff will be ready to hand out some treats!
All activities taking place for ZooBOO are included with daily admission or memberships. We can’t wait to see you there!
Farmer’s Market Brunch Tour
Sept 1st, Oct 1st, Nov 1st at 1pm
Explore the Calgary Farmers Market West with an expert local guide, and learn all about eating local in Alberta. You’ll meet at a reserved table in the main food hall for a light brunch, including a breakfast sandwich, fruit, juice, and coffee. During brunch, you’ll learn the history of the Calgary Farmers’ Market and about Alberta’s seven signature foods.
Next, you’ll be strolling through the farmers’ market to meet ten vendors and do about a dozen tastings. By the end, you’ll be inspired to shop the market and head home to cook with freshly sourced Alberta ingredients.
Creepy Tales and Cocktails

Have you heard about the murders in Inglewood? Join us at Fort Calgary for a night of signature cocktails, creepy crimes, and scary stories as you take an eerie twilight walk through the museum and across the land that we call home.
Enjoy a special signature cocktail to steel your nerves for the scary stories ahead! Tour guides and lovers of creepy tales Natalie Heaton and Zack Beer will guide you through a two-hour walking tour of Fort Calgary and the surrounding land while telling tales of executions, ghosts, and murders. Tickets include the tour and two drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available). Doors open at 6:30 pm.

You’ll enjoy eight fabulous days of food trucks, music, reindeer viewing, photos with Santa and so many of your favourite seasonal vendors as well as many new vendors!
Dress in layers to visit both the indoor and outdoor vendors with four heated indoor areas, Arena, Hall, the Quonset, and large heated tents.
